Hurricane Hazel, One Family's Story

Toronto suffered greatly in 1954. Flooding took many lives. Important that we understand that the Greenbelt affects cities. Developers have been given the ability to build where there is no current infrastructure, threatening our future, in terms of flood prevention, and food security.
