People may think saving the Greenbelt is only the concern of farmers. If you read my book, you will understand how important the preservation of the Greenbelt, wetlands and floodplain is to the safety of citizens all over Ontario. With climate change increasing flood events these lands need to be housing free so that they can absorb water and keep waterways from rising enough to threaten us.
