Historical Fiction, written to alert people to the impact of climate change.
I wrote this book because I felt few would know the story and we must understand the part this tragedy played in how our city and province look today. We currently do not build near water in Toronto, allowing us to enjoy beautiful green spaces. As land becomes more scarce the temptation to build there will increase. We need to know this story.
